Sonnen is a global leader in residential energy storage, operating across Europe, the USA, and Australia. To support the launch of sonnenFlat X, a new type of electricity contract, the company needed a more scalable and efficient digital infrastructure.

Our team designed a scalable Customer and Partner Platform with an end-to-end, integrated journey. We streamlined the offer flow by enhancing information architecture and creating a more intuitive user experience, improving the sales process for both groups. Additionally, we developed a scalable Design System to ensure consistency and support future growth.

The new platform improved the onboarding experience for customers and simplified workflows for Sonnen’s partners. By making information more accessible and interactions more seamless, we helped increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The scalable Design System also laid the foundation for faster future developments, ensuring Sonnen’s digital ecosystem remains flexible and efficient as the company expands.
